Frozen fruit purees
Dirafrost has a complete range of frozen fruit purees for catering, bakeries and industry All purees come from first class fruits, without any pasteurizing or other processing which reduces the product’s natural flavour and colour.
The purees can be produced according to the customers requirements regarding colour, flavour, and sugar-content. The standard products are containing 10% sugar, but can also be produced without any sugar.
The purees are packed in 10 kg white buckets with a snap-on lid and in 1 kg sealed tubs which can be provided with a lid for resealing.
