Dirafrost has a range of frozen fruit salads with juice for both retail and catering. Through a unique system every single piece of fruits is coated with juice, so the product remains portionable.

Once defrosted, the fruit salad has an excellent palet of colors and flavours. Each individual fruit ingredient keeps its typical taste and texture. There are no artificial aroma’s added, nor any chemicals. The Dirafrost fruit salads are all 100% natural.

Frozen fruit salads have a shelf life of 24 months.The fruit salad can be supplied in 1 kg bags.
